Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Every set is handmade to order and created specifically for you, so here is exactly how our policy works:
- Exchanges: if your shade or pack count isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to start an exchange and we’ll work with you to re-match and make it right.
- Used dreads: due to the nature of the product, dreads that have been used can’t be refunded or exchanged.
- Cancellations: the handmade process begins shortly after you order, so orders can’t be cancelled once production starts.

Over time, your dreadlocks may need maintenance depending on wear, lifestyle, and how often they’re installed. If that happens, we’ve got you covered:

After 2 free reseals:
- Reseals are a flat $50 fee
- Plus shipping both ways
