• Exchanges: if your shade or pack count isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to start an exchange and we’ll work with you to re-match and make it right.
• Used dreads: due to the nature of the product, dreads that have been used can’t be refunded or exchanged.
• Cancellations: the handmade process begins shortly after you order, so orders can’t be cancelled once production starts.
