SHIPPING POLICIES

MINIMUM OF 10 business days to be dropped off at the post office (not including holidays or weekends) as these are HANDMADE & MADE TO ORDER.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (USA)

FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR U.S. RESIDENTS

DreadFullHippie does not offer expedited shipping. USPS 1-3 day Priority Shipping is an estimate by USPS as to how long your shipment is likely to take based on where you live. Shipping times may vary as estimate and arrival times are not guaranteed.  Method of shipping chosen at checkout does NOT include processing times.  Expedited shipping and estimated times of arrival start after our assistant processes and ships your order within the specified approximate time frame.  

Orders do not ship 2-3 days from order date, orders ship within approximately 2 to 3 business days, (not including weekends or holidays) ONCE ALL the items from your order have been made and are confirmed in stock.

The standard processing time allows your order to be made, packaged and ship your order correctly.  We do not ship partial orders unless agreed upon with DreadFullHippie directly and separate paid shipping is required.

Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is out of our control.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

DreadFullHippie has partnered with ​Route​, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*​Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Shipping internationally may take up to 14-21 business days depending on customs processing.  Once package leaves the US, we are only able to track a package using the same tracking number you’ll be issued.  Please check with your countries guidelines about tracking and shipping times.  We ask our customers to please be patient and give your order sufficient time to arrive.  We will do our part and try our best!

You can start the checkout process and view the shipping fees before you complete the checkout.  You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.  Please note, the fee is the cost of the postage and not applicable taxes.  Please research your country’s importing requirements in advance.  It may be possible you may have to pay customs  taxes when importing.  We unfortunately can not provide assistance with fees since we do not know the importing fees or laws in other countries.  We are not responsible and will not reimburse for possible taxes paid upon receipt of your order.  

 

WRONG ADDRESS

If the incorrect address was inadvertently used on the DreadFullHippie purchase, it is the buyers responsibility to contact the person at the incorrect address. As per our policy, fulfillment is strictly required to ship to the address provided by the buyer.

 

Once your package is dropped off at the post office we are no longer responsible for your package and responsibility is then passed onto the shipping carrier. 

 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. Please make sure to select ROUT PROTECTION at checkout to avoid any issues should your package arrive damaged, or not arrive at all.
